API calls from our marketplace don't count against your quota.

API calls are counted when your assets are processed. This includes both internal usage within your team and external API calls when you deploy your analytics outside our platform. Calls originating from buyers in our marketplace do NOT count against your quota, encouraging you to list your assets publicly.

We use enterprise-grade Key Management System (KMS) encryption to secure all credentials. Spartera cannot access your raw credentials - they're only decrypted when processing legitimate requests from authenticated users. You can rotate or delete credentials at any time by editing the connection.

No. Spartera never stores your raw data. However, we do move/store the following:

Temporarily store queried results to create the visualization/chart, and then delete
Each asset can be cached (user setting) for quicker retrieval
Previews of analytics (created on a subset) can be stored if desired

Connections are secure bridges between our platform and your data sources. You can configure connections as Private (only you can use) or Shared (available to your team). Connections use industry-standard service accounts and API keys for authentication.
